We Visit
Our technician will come your residence and is trained to answer any questions you ask, pertaining to a DSTV problem you have, an installation you want or how the system works.
We Check
Our technicians will tell you what is needed. This will include the most upto date information on how you should install your system subject to Multichoice recommendations
We Fix
If you are ready for your DStv system to be fixed immediately. The technicians are always ready to start work. The technicians will tell you the cost and our office will send you a tax invoice electronically.
You Make Payments
Payments will be made after client are happy with the work. Sometimes where a project is sizable, we ask client to make advance diposit payment. Payment is by EFT or Cash. Regrettably, we dont accept credit
You Are Happy
We always strive to ensure that you are happy with the work. On rare occasions where problems might happen within 6 months of our work, we send our technicians at no extra cost to sort it out as many time as it happens
